Binder Filler is an AI-powered tool that generates extended artwork from Pokémon card images for personal printing. This policy explains what data we collect when you use binderfiller.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — Email address and hashed password when you create an account.
• Usage data — Generation history (which cards, timestamps, tier). We store this to enforce usage limits.
• Payment data — Processed by Paddle. We do not store card numbers or billing details.
• Technical data — Standard server logs (IP, browser type). Not linked to your account, deleted after 30 days.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the service (generation limits, credit balances)
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notices)
• To send product updates and promotional offers — unsubscribe at any time
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Paddle (payment processing), fal.ai / Higgsfield (AI image generation — card image URL only, no personal identifiers), and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Upstash).

5. Cookies

We use a single authentication token stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@binderfiller.com. We will process within 14 days.
