1. Acceptance
By using Binder Filler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Binder Filler uses AI to extend Pokémon card artwork to fill a printable 9-pocket binder page layout. It is a personal creative tool for individual, non-commercial use.
3. Intellectual property
Pokémon card artwork is the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and/or their licensors. Generated outputs may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit outputs derived from Pokémon card artwork.
4. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Credits are non-transferable, linked to your account, and do not expire. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found abusing the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for commercial resale, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, share account access, or violate applicable law.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a generation fails due to a service-side error, the credit used will be restored.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
