Refund Policy

All sales are final. Credits are a digital consumable and are non-refundable once purchased.
No refunds
All credit purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for credits that have been partially or fully used, dissatisfaction with the binder art, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
Exceptions — service failures only
We will restore credits (not issue a cash refund) if a download fails due to a confirmed error on our end and no file is delivered. Email support@binderfiller.com with your account email and issue description. We respond within 2 business days.
Credit expiry
Credits do not expire. They remain on your account indefinitely until used.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. We cooperate fully with payment provider dispute processes.
